It’s the end of September, Autumn is on its way and MINECON Earth has been and gone. What a month! We’ve been to two different conventions, and released two maps, including one FREE Bedrock map!

This month we’ve introduced three brand new members to our team, discussed the revamp of our Minecraft Java Survival Server and hosted four fantastic giveaways!

On June 1st of 2017 the Minecraft Marketplace officially opened its doors to the public. The opening of the marketplace gave us as a team the opportunity to return to the map making scene and we now have a fantastic group working full time including builders, artists and a whole host of other talented people who work together to make sure that our maps are the greatest that they can be!

It’s been a busy month for the Noxcrew! We’ve released our new adventure map Monsters of the Deep, hosted FOUR giveaways and celebrated the release of Update Aquatic on Bedrock.

On Sunday May 13th, Minecraft Community Manager Helen reached out to the community in search of volunteers to help test Minecraft: Bedrock Edition on the Nintendo Switch!

The Minecraft Switch Edition is getting an upgrade! On June 21st the Nintendo Switch will be updated to the Bedrock version of Minecraft, enabling achievements, cross-play and more!
