There’s nothing better in life than having fun with your furry, or not so furry, friends. Enjoying the sunshine, going for a walk or just hanging out on the sofa, it’s just so much nicer when shared with a beloved pet. In Love Pets, you can do just that, explore the cosy, robotic world of Sunrise Valley, with a beloved animal companion at your side.

In this guide, we’ll show you which pets you can create, what you need to create them and where to find the materials, so you can spend your time with your favourite animals. There are also challenges throughout the world which you'll need a specific pet type to complete! Keep an eye out for day-time and night-time pets to see which ones you need to take with you on your quests.

Small Dog

Animal Type: Four-legged, furry, small, day-time

Creation items: Moss or quill

(Note: an egg without another item produces a dog of a random size)

Drops when groomed: Small fur

One of the first pets you can get in the world of Love Pets, this adorable little potato has a massive heart, loving nothing more than to follow its owner to the moon and back. While it grows a little bit as it gets older, this pint-sized pooch will always show that good things can come in small packages.

 

Medium Dog

Animal Type: Four-legged, furry, day-time

Creation items: Muck or fluff

Drops when groomed: Medium fur

Not as small as the small dog but not as big as the large one, the medium dog is just right! A perfectly packaged pup who’s always up for an adventure! Be it slurping through the swamp or racing through the desert, this good boy or girl is always by your side.

 

Large Dog

Hamster

Vibrant and elegant, while fish might not be the most affectionate of pets, they make up for it with their engaging beauty and bubbly personality, happy to float behind their owner and observe the world. From musical songbirds to talkative parrots, it’s never quiet with a bird in your life! Despite their delicate frames, birds have big attitudes, swinging between affectionate and solitary depending on their mood. Despite this, with a bit of love and attention, they’ll become your feathered friend for life.

 

Pony

Every cowboy or cowgirl’s dream, a pony is an adorable, hardworking pet, who loves to run and play in big open spaces. Regal and majestic, ponies are beautiful pets, who adores spending time with other pets, as well as their owners.

 

Rabbit

Gentle and kind, rabbits are fluffy little friends who enjoy hopping around green pastures and snuggling up in warrens of warm snuggly hay. They love to nibble on veggies of all types (not just carrots) and play with friends, including their beloved owner.

A feathery ball of personality, ducks aren’t just for duck ponds: they can be pets as well! Loud and outspoken, ducks can be boisterous, cheerfully sharing the day with their owner and friends. They love to spend time in the water but are just as happy snuggled up indoors.

 

Lizard

People often fear snakes, with their venomous bites and ability to squeeze the life out of people… but the reality is far less dramatic. Snakes can be affectionate and rather goofy, love to be handled by their owner and relax in warmer climates. They’re also naturally curious, happy to explore new places and meet new friends.

 

Turtle

Dragon

Portrayed as fierce, terrifying beasts in fantasy tales, dragons can be mistaken for monsters or beasts. Not these little guys! Warm and affectionate, these dragons are more like puppies, always excited to see their owners and ready to play with other pets.
