Light at the end of the tunnel

Hi Noxcrew community!

Despite the mountain of snow that has fallen on the UK in the last week, the weather seems to be turning, so maybe spring is finally on its way!

What's definitely on its way in Destructobot Vs Dinosaurs, which finally has a release date! Expect to see those battling bots and destructive dinos hit the Marketplace on the 24th March! 

Following up close behind is Mega Moustache Tales, which is incredible in just how quickly it's all come together! A lot of this week has been spent sprucing up the map’s entities, adding animations and texture variations, as well as developing new ones to fill up areas that seem a little empty, with the build team jumping in on occasion to set up areas and make everything look as we’ve envisioned. Another week and or so and it should be ready to go! 

Don’t think that just because MMT is blazing ahead that we’ve forgotten all about Codename: Cow again (though it would be totally understandable if you did think that). To our surprise, despite the 2 maps being quite different, there's been a lot of overlap with MMT and Codename: Cow mechanically, which has helped both maps move along, so much so that they’re probably only weeks apart from being completed!

Miluteen has been absolutely killing it, setting up the quests to the point where they only need a small amount of frankensteining to work properly! This means that, at long last, Codename: Cow should be ready for testing next week! 

There's also been a lot of entities added to the world (It’s been a very busy week for the art team) including some cute little critters that you can find wandering the world and something a little out of this world…

With all of our current maps reaching their testing phase what’s coming next? What is our next big project?

Not sure.

We have an awful lot of ideas (23 to be exact from the meetings we had during our time away) it’s just a matter of deciding which one we want to work on first and which will be the most exciting. We have plenty of time to consider it while we finish off Codename: Cow and MMT so keep an eye out for that announcement sometime soon!
