The world of City Living 2 is a jungle of sights, sounds and activities for you to explore! From exciting jobs to building up houses, to riding vehicles, there’s so much to see, do and discover. In this guide, we’re going to show you the main buildings and key locations of now of our favourite Minecraft worlds!

Grandma’s house

The starting point on your adventure, Grandma’s here to teach you all about the world and how to survive in it. From how to use the cooker to how to start a job, Granny’s ready to help you find your feet in this big scary world.

Town hall

Co-ordinates: 992, 39, 1331

Key features: meeting hall, Mayor’s office

Every town needs a town hall; it’s where the laws are made, the people have their voices heard, and where the Mayor has their fancy office! If you want to make change happen in this city, this is the place to be.

Sports field

Co-ordinates: 1138, 42, 1160

Key features: football/soccer pitch, running track, long jump pit

Gather your friends and get the sports field to train, improve and ultimately impress an adoring crowd of supporters.

School

Co-ordinates: 773, 42, 1140

Key features: classrooms, cafeteria

Love it or loathe it, school is the perfect place for Minecraft roleplay! Go to class, make some friends, and maybe even create a dangerous game that you can get banned from the schoolyard… After all, this is Minecraft and there are bows and arrows.

Fishing harbour

Co-ordinates: 892, 33, 619

Key features: lighthouse, fish factory

As with any metropolitan area by the sea, fish is an important commodity. With the shining beacon of the lighthouse to bring them safely home and a factory dedicated to fish and fish products, this harbour is the best place to start if you long for the seafaring life.

Theatre

‘All the world’s a stage’ Shakespeare once said, but at the theatre, there is quite literally a stage for you to perform on. Walk the boards and perform your latest and greatest plays to the adoration of the audience, or the derision of the critics, depending on your acting skills. Design scenes, sets and props to your heart’s content! The theatre’s not just about the actors you know…

Hotel

Co-ordinates: 666, 38, 1343

Key features: information desk, hotel restaurant, beachside pool

Sometimes it’s nice to take a bit of time off, even in a roleplay world. Let someone else do the cooking and cleaning for a bit while you enjoy yourself sunbathing by the pool, visiting the tourist attractions, or just sipping a cool drink in the hotel bar.

Courthouse

Co-ordinates: 1053, 34, 1361

Key features: courtroom

While the Town Hall is where laws are made, it’s at the Courthouse where the law is enforced and justice reigns overall. Bring villains to justice, and reward heroes for their bravery… or the other way around. This is your city after all!

Prison

Co-ordinates: 1088, 42, 1476

Key features: cells, workout yard, warden’s office

With fully furnished cells, a stocked workout yard and a reasonable cafeteria, the prisoners here are watched like a hawk by a legion of guards, sealed behind miles of fencing and an army of locked doors. It would probably take a strategical genius to escape.

Marina/ Pier

Co-ordinates: 781, 37, 1339

Is there anything better than walking along the seafront on a sunny day? Walking along the seafront on a sunny day that also has cool arcade games, duh!

This jewel of the coast offers fun and relaxation for the whole family! From pier-side games and rides to an uber educational aquarium to volleyball in the sand, there’s always something going on by the beach. And if it all gets too much, you can lie down and sunbathe, listening to the gentle rush of the sea. Bliss.

Night Club

Co-ordinates: 889, 38, 1340

Key features: bar and restaurant, stage, instruments

It’s not just the day that’s packed with fun! As the sun sets and the streets get dark, light up the night at the Night Club! With a swinging band, that you can join if you’ve got the rhythm, and refreshing drinks, you can dance the night away in the trendiest bar in town.

All that dancing not for you? Never fear, the beautiful balcony bar overlooking the ocean is the perfect place to sit with a snack and a couple of friends and talk until morning.

Docks

Co-ordinates: 1274, 37, 1317

Much like the harbour, the docks are the lifeblood of a coastal city’s economy, shipping goods to and from the city, from big businesses to your door. But it’s not all smooth sailing, so to speak. Even with massive containers and meticulous records, things can still get lost in transit. And if someone were to find those lost items and take them for themselves…. Well, who would be the wiser?
