Zombie City wasn’t always infested with the undead, but it was always called Zombie City. Some say we were tempting fate, but we think it was just a really cool name. Well at some point the living became the living dead, and Zombie City is now run by a disorganised zombie syndicate. And they want you to join them.
You’re a part of a community of ninjas operating from within the heart of the city with the sole ambition to take back control and return the city to a zombie-free state. Alas, total control is not possible, but you can keep them at bay!
Collect resources, rescue civilians, and fuel generators to complete missions. Trade in resources for weapons, and open up shortcuts around the city as you master your ninja skills.
Parkour across the city
Use your extra high jump and new ninja tools to help you explore the city and complete your missions.
Open up shortcuts to get the your mission locations faster, and master the city to become the most efficient zombie-fighting ninja you can be!
Upgrades and weapons
Collect resources as you make your way through the city and trade them in for handy weapons and tools to help you defeat the undead!
Throwing Swords help you keep ranged enemies at bay, Grunt Love Flares distract monstrosities, and Dragon Clouds help you to make even the most difficult of jumps!
Play normal or ninja mode
Think you’re ready to take on ninja mode? In this more risky gamemode your damage doesn’t heal, you respawn at base, and you lose everything upon death.
You can play as a lone ninja, or with as many friends as you like to build a zombie-killing team!
Meet the Grunts
Our classic grunts are the most plentiful version of zombie you’ll see in Zombie City and are pretty slow-moving. But don’t let their shambling gait fool you, these grunts can soak up a surprising amount of damage, and if they hit you, they hit hard and will slow you down, making it just that little bit harder to escape being crushed under a wave of undead ghouls.
Meet the Candyman
Similar to the BigClaw Crab boss from Monsters of the Deep, the Candyman is a formidable opponent but prefers to let others do the dirty work. With manic energy and insane theatrical flair, when he isn’t flailing around like a whirling dervish with his ringmaster’s cane, the Candyman uses his giant gumball machine to create little candy minions to swarm and destroy all enemies!
Meet the Bug Bear
The only ranged based boss in Zombie City, the Bug Bear is a sweet innocent little panda plushie that has been infected with a nightmarish zombie bug! Using the soft exterior as a place to rest and recover, the Bug Bear flies into the sky, sending poisonous rain down upon any runner in the area. Attack it while it’s resting or risk succumbing to its poisonous grip.
