Millionaire Mansions 3 - Tropics: Things to Do
You’d think living on a tropical island in luxurious mansions full of stylish furniture and sumptuous food, that you’d want to relax, lie on the beach and bask in the summer sun.
But no!
On the Tropics island, there are so many places to explore, games to play and adventures to go on it can be hard to know where to start!
In this handy guide, we’ll show you the in-things to do on the island, whatever your taste. From mini-games to vehicles to build quests, there’s always something to dive into!
Jet Ski Course
Key places: Jet Ski Rental Shack
Winding through caves, around mansions and through shipwrecks, race your friends and see all the sights of the bay in this super speedy Jet Ski course!
Grab your Jet Ski from the super convenient shack just next to spawn, line up and away you go! Be wary, jet skis are notoriously nimble so take care to stick to the course, don’t want to hit a party boat or end up in the Beach House pool. They might not be too happy if you do that!
Jet Skis are also a great way to get across the bay without taking the course. Most bayside mansions have docks, so it’s only a hop, skip and a jump to your friend’s tropical resort.
Disk Golf
Key places: Disk Golf Shack
It’s crazy golf but bigger! Traverse the island in the 9-hole gauntlet, dodging alligators and snapping turtles as you putt around island huts, through dangerous pirate caves, across the bay, and finishing on top of the mast of a wrecked pirate ship!
With three different disks, each with different ranges, Disk Golf requires strategy and skill to make it home under par… or at least with fewer throws than your friends.
Helicopters and Seaplanes
Key places: Plane Hut, Midas, Volcano and Star Fort Mansion
Take to the sea and/or sky and watch the world unfurl before you in the seat of these magnificent flying vehicles!
Come and go from your mansion in style with your private helicopter. With helipads attached to the mansions, you make visiting your friends and flaunting your wealth to the land walkers a breeze.
If you prefer something a bit more all-terrain, the seaplanes can land on land and sea, making it the perfect vehicle for exploring the outer edges of the island and finding areas well off the beaten path.
Building Blueprints
Key places: Midas, Shipwreck, Volcano, Party and Beach House Mansions
Mansions are all well and good, but they could always be better.
Put your skills to the test and help expand these mansions into even more magnificent spaces. Interact with the blueprint and watch the schematics build up right before your eyes. From huts over lava pools to docks into the sea, flex those building muscles and add your unique style to these grand buildings!
Or just cover it in TnT and blow it up; you’re the boss.
Build Tasks
Key places: All Mansions
Aesthetic is important in a house. The right furniture, the right fabrics and materials all contribute to the feel and presence of a room.
A few of the rooms in the various mansions have been left empty, either the owners we too busy or just too lazy to decorate the place themselves, leaving them free for you to put your own stamp on the place. Follow the mansion’s aesthetic or fill the room with fridges, it’s up to you.
Maybe you’ll find something fun in one of those Lucky Boxes.
Disaster Tasks
Key places: All Mansions
In these disaster rooms, either nature has come knocking or someone really wasn’t thinking about what they put in the space!
Clean up after a toucan invasion, sweep up after a hoarder or clear a room of TNT, there are a lot of disastrous situations that need to be taken care of. After the mess is all cleaned up you’ll have a lovely, safe room to decorate however you please… provided the lava waterfall doesn’t break again
Sandcastles
Key places: Sandcastle Build Areas
As a kid, there’s nothing better than hitting the beach on a warm summer day, playing in the sand and building a massive sandcastle before watching it fall to the waves of the sea… or your sibling’s foot, whichever came first.
Recreate that nostalgic joy of building outside of Minecraft in these Sandcastle areas. Copy the existing castles, create new ones or build something wild like a sand alligator or a sand snowman!
Arcade Machines
Key places: Midas Mansion and Gadget Warehouse
In the ancient times of the 1980s, there were no consoles, no gaming PCs and no smartphones to entertain the youth of the day. What they had were arcades. Mysterious dungeons filled with flashing lights, obscure technology and games that were designed specifically to steal your money… I guess times haven’t changed too much,
Relive the excitement of the arcade with these four fabulous arcade machines! From motorcycle races to capturing aliens to punching moles in the face, it’s retro gaming at its finest.
Beach Volleyball
Key places: Volleyball course in front of Shipwreck Mansion
For people who want to exercise on the beach rather than sunbathe, the Volleyball court is an excellent place to play and show off your fantastic beach body.
Get into teams, set down the ball and start the match. Make sure the ball doesn't hit the floor on your side, and you’ll win the round! Just don’t punch it into the sea… or lil Jimmy’s ice cream.
Football
Key places: Football pitch in Party Mansion
Who doesn’t love a bit of a kickabout with friends? Take part in the beautiful game on a beautiful pitch with a beautiful view. Just set the ball in the middle, decide your teams and away you go.
Be celebrated for scoring goals with bursts of confetti! The pitch even resets after scoring, placing the ball back in the middle of the field to start again… after you stop arguing if that goal was offside or not.
