Find the place that suits your style, fix it up and make it your own; there’s a mansion for every taste!

Harbour

Co-ordinates: 329, 60, 363

Key features: Spawn area, Library

The first place you’ll visit in Tropics after descending from the Noxcrew airship, the Harbour contains all the information you need to know about the island, the tools you can find in it, as well as the world around you.
The Library on the boat goes into more detail about the vehicles and furniture you can play with and gives you your first build task. Because every library deserves to be decorated nicely, even one on a fancy boat.

Gadget Warehouse

Co-ordinates: Via Smart Phone

Key features: Vehicles, NPC’s, Arcade Machines, Pets

Accessible only via the Fast Travel app on your Smart Phone, the Gadget Warehouse houses all the fun gadgets, vehicles, pets and NPC’s you have at your disposal in Tropics, giving you an overview of what you can bring into and use in this world.

Furniture Warehouse

Co-ordinates: Via Smart Phone

Key features: All available Furniture

Accessible only via the Fast Travel app on your Smart Phone, the Furniture Warehouse houses all the different styles of furniture you can use in Tropics, laying them out so you can see what might work and what might not, giving you access to decorate this world however you like.

Block Warehouse

Co-ordinates: Via Smart Phone

Key features: All available blocks

Accessible only via the Fast Travel app on your Smart Phone, the Block Warehouse houses all the different blocks in Tropics that can be used for flooring, wallpaper, buildings, anything you want to build!

It also houses survival blocks such as ores, so you know what to look for when you want to go mining.

Midas Mansion

Co-ordinates: 460, 70. 236

Key features: Wealthy Modern Aesthetic, Helipad, Build Requests, Blueprint

Midas, the ancient king who turned everything he touched into gold, would feel very much at home in this place. Extravagant to the point of gaudy, the Midas Mansion screams wealth… as if the gold roof didn’t tip anyone off.

While it tries to replicate the classic style of tropical housing, with open flowing rooms, easy access to outdoor areas and large breezy windows, it’s all overshadowed by the avalanche of marble, gold and overpriced art pieces littering the place. More fashion statement than home; if you want to live the good life and let everyone else know it, this is the place for you.

Volcano Mansion

Co-ordinates: 541, 88, 531

Key features: Stark Retro-Futuristic aesthetic, Crocodile pit, Lava pools, Helipad, Build Requests, Blueprints

Why live by the sea when you can live inside a volcano?! It gives you some fantastic aesthetic options, like having a lava waterfall as a wall decoration or all-natural underfloor heating, as well as breathtaking views overlooking the whole island.

More a villain’s lair than a traditional mansion, there’s still room for the comforts of home, with cosy offices, open bedrooms and sweeping kitchens. There’s also the opportunity to create a 2nd home over the very lava itself! Dangerous? Definitely, but no-one can deny that it’s impressive.

Party Mansion

Co-ordinates: 339, 72, 579

Key features: Comfortable Modern aesthetic, Build Requests, Blueprints

An open modern mansion fit for the whole squad, the Party Mansion is full of everything you need to live the influencer fantasy, pools, parks and easy access to the bay, made even easier by the artificial waterfall flowing from outside of the house… you’ll just need to connect it to the water, I’m sure nothing bad will happen doing that!

Inside there are computers, consoles, greenscreens, offices, cinemas and even a football pitch to play on together! Why would you need to go anywhere else?

Under the Waves Mansion

Co-ordinates: 303, 55, 279

Key features: Hyper Modern Aesthetic, Underwater rooms, Build requests

Not content to just live right next to the water, the architects of this modernist masterpiece had to build parts of it under the water as well! How’s that for a view?!

Sadly, as anyone who’s actually lived by the sea knows, nature doesn’t always behave, and its creatures like to get into places they shouldn’t. Like turtles in the swimming pool. I don’t know who needs a swimming pool when your living room is IN THE WATER, but that’s rich people for you. Clean up our amphibious friends so we can all enjoy the soothing minimalism of this mansion in peace.

And try not to break any of the glass while you’re at it.

Beach House Mansion

Co-ordinates: 430, 58, 457

Key features: Natural Nautical Aesthetic, Build Requests, Blueprint

Despite being in the very centre of the bay, the Beach House Mansion is a secluded island all of its own, with no access points except via boating across the bay. With its own private beach, floor-filling tiki bar and pool area on the ground floor and open natural aesthetic, this house is as close to living outside as you can get without going camping.

It comes with its issues, of course. The parrots of the island love the fruit in the bar and can make such a mess, and there aren’t many places to grow any flowers unless you build a greenhouse around the back. But if you want somewhere calm and cool, away from the craziness of the world, there are few better places than here.

Shipwreck Mansion

Co-ordinates: 597, 58, 396

Key features: Admiral aesthetic, Build Requests, Blueprint

Once a proud and noble vessel, this ship crashed onto the Tropics’ shore many years ago. But rather than watch the old girl rot, the islanders took the broken pieces and made a fabulous home full of the heart and the feeling of the sea!

Built directly on the coast, this eccentric house is full of seaside colours, if a little… overfull. You might need to clear some of the horde the old owners left behind as well as build up the deck into a mini harbour. What’s the point of being right next to the sea if you can’t set sail every once in a while?

Star Fort Mansion

Co-ordinates: 188, 71, 382

Key features: Historic Aesthetic, Helipad, Build Requests

A reminder of the conflicts that tropical islands have faced throughout history, from the outside, the Star Fort Mansion looks like a prison or a fortress, an imposing structure overlooking the entrance to Paradise’s bay, as if daring invaders to try and break the island’s perfect peace.

Inside, things are a lot less bleak. Full of the island’s history and traditions, its interior reflects the sun's heat, creating a warm atmosphere cooled by the sea breeze, thanks to its many exterior areas…though its historical storage of TnT might cause issues if it’s not cleaned up carefully.

No one wants to roll over in bed and blow up half their house.
