Mermaid Tail

Mermaid Tail Recipe - 7x Kelp

To become a mermaid, you need a tail!

Once crafted, equip it into your Feet Armour slot, and it will activate immediately upon entering the water! While you are a Mermaid, you have Underwater Breathing, Night Vision, and Increased Mining Speed!

You can create different coloured tails or even create an Octopus tail using fish in the recipe rather than just Kelp!

You can also level up your tail using special materials found under the waves!

Underwater Resources

Deep in the depths of the ocean, there are new treasures to uncover and new materials to use and craft with!

Sea Glass

The result of the sea's erosion on man-made glass, this Sea Glass can be found in Coral Reefs

Pearls

Created when grit gets into an Oyster, you can find these delights in Oyster Shells on the sea floor

Scylite Ores

Named after the sea siren Scylla, you can find a new ore used in many Mermaid Life recipes. These are found in specific places underwater.

Exploration

There are a wealth of structures to discover under the sea, created by the friendly merfolk

Mermaid Caches

Look out for cave and rocky structures on the ocean floor. Mermaids often hide goodies in these craggy rocks either to come back to or help out other Merfolk in need!

Mermaid Atolls

These are rare micro-biomes under the sea, cultivated by Merfolk and teaming with life! You can find all sorts of resources here as well as rare creatures!

Mermaid Homesteads

Even Mermaids need a place to rest their heads. You can find small villages of mermaids hanging out and enjoying a quiet life

The Sirens

Not all Merfolk are friendly. These dark Sirens jealously guard the Ocean’s rarest treasures, ravaging anyone who dares get too close to their Camps, Outposts or Citadels

It's not just Sirens that are dangerous; their elite warriors are no joke! Siren Sentries can snipe you from a distance while their pets, the Siren Serpents, weaken you and make you vulnerable to further assault

But truly, the most dangerous of all the Sirens is The Grim Crone, the oldest and meanest of all Sirens. Lurking in fortified citadels, they command all below them with the power of Siren Souls. Approach at your own risk

Marine Life

There are so many creatures, besides Mermaids and Sirens, that call the ocean their home. Some are dangerous, but there are a select few that will help you on your adventure.

Crab

Tame this little crustation with kelp, and he’ll search the ocean blue to bring you gifts. Such a thoughtful lil guy!

Orca

Soar through the waves on the back of this magnificent beast. Feed them some chum, and you can ride with them.

Seahorse and Narwhal

These fierce protectors will swim by your side and defend you against all harm if you feed them a bit of chum.

Glint Shrimp and Prismanta

Create an underwater farm with these little beauties! Generate a wealth of Glint Scales and Manta Milk, two very useful resources, by breeding these lil guys with Sea Pom.

Farming

It's not just animals that inhabit the ocean; the sea teems with plant life as well, which you can cultivate and farm!

Grow Sea Poms to create food for your sea animals and Oysters to generate Pearls!

You can find seeds all across the wild!

Artifacts

While Mermaids are generally pretty peaceful, it doesn’t mean they don’t have the means to defend themselves against the dangers of the sea. Take up these powerful artefacts and take on anything that gets in your way!

Atlantean Horn

Recipe - 1x Siren Soul, 2x Glint Scale, 2x Pearl and 1x Scylite Block
