Skeleton Goon
Found in: All areas of Gotham City
Not tied to any particular supervillain, these ranged menaces serve whoever will make them the most money at the time and will attack The Bat-Family on sight. Keeping at a distance and peppering their foes with shots, get up nice and close and take them out with the swift fist of justice.
Zombie Thug
Found in: All areas of Gotham City
Interested only in brawling and money, these thugs don’t care who they’re working for as long as they’re fighting. They love fighting the Bat-Family, rushing to meet them at any opportunity. Stay away and knock them out with a Batarang or face them toe to toe with your Gauntlets to take them down.
Harley Quinn
Real Name: Harleen Quinzel
Found in: Amusement Mile
Always fascinated with the mind, Harleen Quinzel studied hard and became a psychiatrist at the illustrious Arkham Asylum, once a haven for mental health treatment and recovery. She worked hard and was well-liked by her patients until she met The Joker. Assigned to assess and treat the Clown Prince of Crime, Harleen instead fell in love with him and eventually helped him escape.
For a while, the renamed Harley Quinn served as The Joker’s right-hand woman, aiding in his nefarious schemes until she realised that he was only using her and didn’t love her as she loved him. Heartbroken, she left him behind and teamed up with her long-time friend and occasional girlfriend Poison Ivy.
Together they’ve taken over Amusement Mile and the Botanical Gardens, making it the heart of their criminal activities and housing the piece of Rooted Obsidian they stole from the portal. Harley attacks using her signature hammer, racing around on her roller skates. Take her off her feet, and she’ll be easy pickings.
Harlequin Goon
Found in: Amusement Mile
Dressed in an old-school clown's garb, these spindly mines are devoted followers of Harley Quinn. They love to misdirect and beguile enemies by disappearing and reappearing before going in for the attack. Look out for the puffs of “ha ha’s” they cry out before vanishing.
Stun them to stop them from moving, and they go down pretty easily.
Spitting Jester
Found in: Amusement Mile
Trained by their harlequin heroine, these llamas gracefully hop around the battlefield dressed to perfection as jesters. However, while their moves may be elegant, their temper is not.
Upon spotting an enemy, they leap as far away as possible and spit on them, damaging and distracting them in the hopes that they eventually get overwhelmed. While graceful, they aren’t speedy, so you can easily catch up with them and end their spitting ways - it's a filthy habit…
Harlequin Ballerina
Found in: Amusement Mile
Cuddly, adorable, lethal. These pretty pandas decked out in tutus and balanced on balls, bowing towards anyone who dared threaten their carnival of carnage at super speed, battering their foes and rolling them into pancakes.
Knock them off their ball; they are a little slower but just as tanky. Keep wearing them down, and eventually, you’ll get the upper hand.
Poison Ivy
Real Name: Pamela Isley
Found in: Botanical Gardens
Pamela Isley, born to wealthy but distant parents, was a shy girl with an intense love for botany which she carried throughout her academic life, eventually training in advanced botanical biochemistry. With Isley, a willing participant, her professor began to run experiments on biotoxins and poisons. However, these experiments started a painful transformation in Pamela, nearly resulting in her death. She survived but was forever changed, developing control over all plant life and a potent toxin in her lips.
Leaving the university that caused these terrible changes, she soon made her way to Gotham City, initially committing crimes only so she could afford to find a location where she could live alone among the plants, undisturbed by humanity. However, following a series of attacks on her botanical Edens, she vowed that she wouldn’t leave Gotham until she made the world safe for plants and set off on a crusade against humanity and those that would damage or destroy nature.
For her thorny demeanour, she does have a soft side, teaming up with Harley Quinn after she left The Joker. Ruling over the Botanical Gardens and Amusement Mile with Harley, Poison Ivy leaves a lot of the grunt work to her plants, sending out disorientating gas and then battering foes with vicious vines. Unseat her from her floral throne, and she’ll wilt away.
Poisonous Plant Based Cow
Found in: Botanical Gardens
Peaceful and lazy, these cows aren’t going to hurt you, but don’t let their calm nature fool you. The flowers on their back release clouds of disorientating and debilitating pollen, slowing your movement and weakening your strikes, making it easier for the rest of Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn’s minions to take you down.
If you get caught in their cloud, take them down quickly. Once defeated, they release a cleansing gas which removes the pollen’s heady effects, leaving you free once more to pursue the path of justice.
Grovetender
Found in: Botanical Gardens
Fellow victims of the Professor's mad experiment, these devoted followers to Poison Ivy’s cause have obtained a small portion of Ivy’s powers, controlling smaller Carnivorous Carnations to attack from range, sending a wave rippling across the floor towards their enemies.
Get too close and they’ll summon more snapping plants to force you away. Attacking from the rafters is probably the smartest way to take these fanatics down; they aren’t strong enough to get you there just yet.
Carnivorous Plants
Found in: Botanical Gardens
Ivy’s beloved plants are brought to life with her botanical powers; these Carnivorous Plants come in two forms.
One is a lashing vine embedded in the walls that strikes out at any intruder who gets too close to Poison Ivy or her minions. The other is a giant toothy plant which spits out Poisonous Plant Based Cows to disorientate and overwhelm foes.
Both are difficult to get up to face to face, so best to hang back and prune them down to size from range.
Hammer Slammers
Found in: Botanical Gardens
Tamed by Poison Ivy and trained by Harley Quinn, the rascally little fellows hide in Ivy’s overgrown grass, springing out with their giant hammers and slamming the ground, forcing enemies back with a concussive blast. Then they scurry away, out of sight, looking for the next chance to boop their enemies.
They aren’t as sneaky as they think, so look out for their bright outfits in the grass and bop them before they bop you.
Firefly
Real Name: Ted Carson
Found in: Industrial District
Despite a tumultuous upbringing, Ted Carson overcame the burdens of his youth to become a successful pyrotechnics and special effects expert in the film industry based in Gotham City. However, the industry was hit hard by the economic downturn following the Waynes’ tragic passing, and Garfield eventually lost his job.
Down on his luck, he began committing crimes to make ends meet, setting buildings on fire as a distraction before committing his robberies. This started a dangerous obsession with fire, resulting in him becoming horribly burnt after getting too close during an attack on a chemical factory. After this, he created a special fireproof battlesuit with wings to protect him and allow him a quick escape from the roaring flames.
He’s now working alongside Clayface to construct a fortress in Gotham City to defend against The Batman and protect his ill-gotten goods, especially the Scorched Obsidian they stole from the portal. Preferring to stay out of reach and let Clayface soak up the damage, Firefly hovers around the factory, shooting fire at his enemies, hoping to set them ablaze. He’s not very wise, however, and will fly under girders. Knock them down to stun him and pile on the damage to swat this pesky fly and seal him away for good.
Flaming Skydiver
Found in: The Factory
Equipped with Firefly’s jetpack technology, the flaming skydivers hover in the air, waiting for the right moment to strike. Once they see their chance, they swoop down for a vicious attack, letting out a terrifying shriek, before soaring back out of reach.
Despite their manoeuvrability, the jetpack can be a little slow to get going. Try to get a few shots in before they fly away, or pick them out of the sky with your Batarang and send them crashing to earth.
Firestarter
Found in: The Factory
Warped by years of working with molten steel, these firestarters are literally made of fire, drifting across the factory floor to help build whatever terrifying machines the Super-Villains of Gotham are cooking up.
When faced with a foe, they’ll throw balls of fire at them, attempting to burn them to a crisp! Be quick, dodge those fireballs, get up close and personal with them, and they’ll soon fizzle out.
Clayface
Real Name: Basil Karlo
Found in: Industrial District
Once a promising young actor, Basil Karlo was a star in the making, specialising in horror films until a car crash disfigured his face and ended his career. Heartbroken at his lost shot at fame and fortune, he began to experiment with a chemical called ‘Renu’, famed in the special effect industry for being able to mould and reform flesh, using it to disguise his injuries and continue his career. He eventually turned to crime to continue buying the chemical and retain his reclaimed good looks.
Despite his criminal activities, things seemed to be looking up for Basil until Batman apprehended him during one of his heists. His life of crime revealed, Basil’s life fell apart again. With nothing left to lose, he doused himself in ‘Renu’, becoming Clayface, able to manipulate and transform all aspects of his body.
He now works with Firefly to reclaim the wealth and life stolen from him and get his revenge on Batman, whom he blames for his current state. Clayface prefers to get up close and personal, rolling into a ball and charging at his enemies, so it might be wise to take the high ground when fighting against him, less you get bogged down in the mud.
Flame Belcher
Found in: The Factory
Powered by the fires in their chests, these walking furnaces are essential to developing the technology of Gotham City, now warped to serve the whims of the criminal class. Get too close, and they send out a burst of flames, reducing everything in front of it to ashes.
Stay away from the front of it, or just stay away from it in general and take it down from range lest you become BBQ.
Factory Worker
Found in: The Factory
Left unemployed following the economic crisis of Gotham City, these factory workers are just happy to have a job. They will fight anyone attempting to disrupt that, charging at them and battering them down.
It's hard not to feel sorry for them, but for the good of Gotham, they need to be taken care of.
Clay Fragment
Found in: The Factory
Separate fragments of Clayface, they retain his shapeshifting abilities, individual fragments of Clayface, transforming into random objects around the factory, lying in wait for any intruder. Once they spot their foe, they attack by bludgeoning them with their mass, splitting up to overwhelm and overcome their enemies.
Try not to use fire while fighting them. While it prevents them from shape-shifting, it also hardens up aspects of their clay bodies, making them stronger, tankier and able to set things on fire, including you!
Penguin
Real Name: Oswald Cobblepot
Found in: The Iceberg Lounge
Heir to the illustrious Cobblepot estate, Oswald was teased and bullied as a child for his height and weight, which gave him a penguin-like appearance, making him an outcast even to his own family. To compensate, Oswald developed a harsh, bullying demeanour to protect himself, as well as a keen and cunning mind, which he set towards advancing himself and his position in the world without the need to rely on anyone else, especially his dismissive family.
Using these traits, he became the kingpin of Gotham City’s criminal underworld under The Penguin alter-ego, holding sway over most of the city's gangs and mobs. With these gang under his control, he uses them to commit crimes and advance his position, all while masquerading as a businessman and equal to the philanthropist Bruce Wayne.
The Penguin, while a bully, is still a coward and will flee from the Bat-Family with the Gilded Obsidian if they manage to make it past his army of goons. Chase him down and bring him to justice.

Use the carts to chase them off and stay out of range or prepare to soak up some damage.
Iceberg Lounge Server
Found in: The Iceberg Lounge Kitchen
The bartenders of the Iceberg Lounge’s upper-floor club sit behind the bar and throw bottles at their enemies, acting more as a distraction for others to swoop in and take their foes down.
Chicken Blimp
Found in: The Iceberg Lounge
Inspired by The Penguin’s love of birds, these enormous, bulky Chicken Blimps soar over The Penguin’s empire, gathering information and shooting eggs from long range at their enemies.
Parry the eggs back at them or ping them with the Batarang and bring them down.
Boss Bouncer
Found in: The Iceberg Lounge Lobby
If your name’s not on the list, you’re not coming in. This bruiser is on hand to make sure the riff-raff stays out of The Penguin’s exclusive club, literally wearing the key to the joint around his neck.
To get further into the lounge and chase down The Penguin, you need to take this brute down while dodging his followers and their super sharp axes. Avoid his beefy punches and claim the key to progress.
Boss Actor
Found in: The Iceberg Lounge Theatre
The allure of the stage calls for all sorts of people. Hired as part of The Penguin’s troupe to disguise his criminal activities behind the facade of a legitimate business, it doesn’t mean that the actors aren’t aware or even part of his schemes, especially this hulking brute.
Taking on the role of a lifetime as The Caped Crusader, this thespian is out to prove he is the real deal, spinning at his foes to batter and overwhelm them. Doing so makes him dizzy and vulnerable to attack, so if you can avoid that move, you come out on top.
Boss Chef
Found in: The Iceberg Lounge Kitchen
Chefs rarely suffer fools gladly, and this chef is particularly mean, running a tight ship to the point where they are as disciplined as a ballet troupe.
Anyone who disrupts the flow of his kitchen, especially the Bat-Family, will be taken to task with the closest item he had to hand at the time- a giant fish! He wields this fish with the expertise learned in years of culinary school, slamming it onto the floor or into his foes, smashing them into patties, and putting them on ice.
If you can avoid the fishy fight and cut this chef down to size, you’ll be rewarded with the final key to The Penguin’s penthouse.
Mr. Freeze
Real Name: Victor Fries
Found in: Ace Chemicals
Victor Freeze’s tale is a sad story of loss, hope, and desperation. A shy but brilliant scientist, he fell in love and eventually married a fellow scientist, Nora, living a happy life together. This was until Nora contracted a rare and deadly illness for which there was no known cure. To buy them both time, Victor cryogenically froze Nora, halting the disease in its tracks while he researched a cure.
After his funding requests were rejected, Victor committed to a life of crime, cultivating a criminal empire to fund treatment for his beloved wife. However, every freeze ray he created to commit his crimes began to warp his body, so that he can now only live in subzero temperatures. To survive, he developed a suit to protect his body and shield it from the heat of the world.
Now he’s taken over Ace Chemicals in the hopes of furthering this search using the Frosted Obsidian obtained after The Joker’s little stunt. A dangerous foe at range and in melee combat, Mr. Freeze sends a wave of freezing gas or shoots icy projectiles at his foes, dealing massive amounts of damage. If he gets too weak to continue the fight, he’ll retreat to his Cryopod to regenerate, so act quickly! Destroy the containers fueling the pod, keep bringing the heat, and eventually, you’ll melt him away.
Frost Calamari
Found in: Ace Chemicals Factory
As a result of Mr. Freeze’s experimentations, these alien glow squids hover in the air as if swimming through it. Floating just out of range, they squirt their frozen ink in a large area, blinding the player and making them vulnerable to environmental hazards.
More of a nuisance, but they’re not going to kill you.
Frosty Mecha-Dolphin
Found in: Ace Chemicals Factory
In one of Mr. Freeze’s more successful experiments, these hyper-intelligent dolphins pilot specialised mechs from the safety of their fishbowls. They might be slow, but they hit like a truck.
Shatter the fishbowls, and they’ll be left beached.

Chilly Scientists
Found in: Ace Chemicals Factory
Mr. Freeze’s assistants are devoted to his cause and will do whatever it takes to protect him and his work. Upon spotting an intruder, they throw their cryo chemicals at them, which can cause sickness as the supercool liquid chills them to the bone.
They try to stay out of melee range, so chase them down and bring them to task.
The Riddler
Real Name: Edward Nigma
Found in: N/A
The victim of an abusive home, Edward Nigma was nonetheless a brilliant child with a fascination for riddles and puzzles. Edward was so brilliant that his father believed he was cheating, forcing a compulsion in the boy to always tell the truth, albeit through riddles, to prove his innocence.
As he grew older, Edward sought to rise above the anonymity and abuse of his early years. He began a life of crime, incorporating his puzzles to baffle the law and prove to himself and others his superior intelligence and wit. However, while The Riddler often stumped the Gotham City Police Department, Batman’s deductive reasoning often came out on top, fueling a competitive streak in Edward, making him desperate to outwit The Bat.
In his latest caper, The Riddler managed to steal some Batsuits and hide them in secret locations throughout Gotham, with only puzzles to show where they are, their pieces scattered to the wind. Can you find all the puzzle pieces and reclaim the stolen suits? Or is The Riddler just too smart this time?
