What are the neutral Minecraft mobs?

The world of Minecraft is filled with creatures and monsters that makes the world exciting and interesting, as well as giving the players friends and foes to fight with. These mobile creatures, better known as mobs, have different uses, behaviours and reactions to players, depending on if they are peaceful, neutral, or hostile. They can also provide materials and food which can help players advance through the world.

The following mobs are all neutral, being unaffected by approaching players, taking no action against them. However, when these mobs are hit or provoked, they will retaliate, damaging or even killing players or mobs that hurt them or their young. Some can be used to help players in their adventures while others drop useful items that can help players advance in the game.
