Project Manager (Marketplace Team)
Full-Time (~37.5 hours per week) | Remote | £35,000 - 45,000 depending on skills and experience
Noxcrew is an independent Minecraft-based game design studio making content for the Minecraft Marketplace, running a Live-Ops Multiplayer Experience, and a monthly streamed competitive event for popular content creators. Noxcrew are passionate about the Minecraft community, the game itself, video games in general, and game design.
We’re looking for a new full-time member to lead production on an exciting new live service project. As the Project Manager for the Marketplace team, you’ll be involved in our projects from conception to release and beyond. You’ll directly influence the ideas, scope, and scale of our projects, then you’ll be in charge of helping our team execute the vision on schedule.
Responsibilities:
Work with Noxcrew’s Creative Director and Game Designer to concept and document new projects.
Synchronize with the greater Marketplace team to understand workflows, workloads, and processes.
Manage projects through the content creation pipeline.
Create and schedule tasks to ensure adherence to timelines.
Integrate with key stakeholders from other companies to facilitate project releases for partnered content.
Work with the Marketplace Team Lead to optimize and grow the team’s processes and workflows.
Experience/Skills:
Significant experience Project Managing a team of at least 5 people.
Experience with Agile project management workflows.
High level understanding of task management software (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, etc.).
Experience working in a live services environment preferred.
Gaming industry experience preferred.
