Terms and Conditions of MCC: Rising team entries

Your entry into the MCC: Rising tournament is classed as entering a giveaway! Before entering, please ensure that all of your team members have read and understood these terms.

By entering into a Noxcrew community giveaway, you agree to the following terms:

  • Participants must be aged 13 years or over with parental consent or over 18 to enter. You may be asked, at any point, to provide Noxcrew with proof of age and /or identity.

  • The Giveaway is open worldwide.

  • Employees or contractors of Noxcrew Ltd, Noxcrew Online Ltd, or their family or household, are not eligible to take part in the giveaway.

  • The giveaway will take place on the dates and times specified on the Noxcrew’s social media accounts or giveaway webpage only.

  • The prize will be specified in all social media promotions. No alternative prizes will be offered under any circumstances and cannot be exchanged for money or money's worth.

  • The winner of the Giveaway will be hand-selected by designated Noxcrew team members.

  • Before the selected teams are able to claim their prize, they will be subject to a qualifying interview and technical test which, if failed, will remove the team from contention.

  • Noxcrew shall notify the selected teams of the winning via Discord direct messaging and/or email prior to the beginning of the event on the 26th August 2023.

  • In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, the winner fails to respond, Noxcrew shall have no obligation to compensate the winner in any way. Should the winner fail to respond within the allotted time, a new winner will be chosen.

  • Noxcrew’s decision is final with respect to all matters relating to awarding of the prize.

  • Your participation in the giveaway is considered your agreement that Noxcrew may contact you.

  • By entering the Giveaway each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Noxcrew from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection with The Giveaway or the acceptance of the Prize.

  • Noxcrew reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion.

  • Noxcrew reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify or suspend the giveaway if, the giveaway is not capable of being conducted as specified.

  • Noxcrew reserves the right to disclose the name and identity of the winners.

  • You may withdraw your entry at any time during the competition window. To do so, please email [email protected] with your Discord username with the subject "Withdraw from entry"; should you do so, your entire participating team will be withdrawn.
