Terms and Conditions of Giveaways

 

By entering into a Noxcrew giveaway, you agree to the following terms:

  • Participants must be over the age of 13 with parental consent, or over 18 to enter. You may be asked, at any point, to provide proof of age and /or identity.

  • The giveaway will take place on the dates and times specified on the Noxcrew’s social media accounts only.

  • The prize will be specified in all social media promotion. No alternative prizes will be offered under any circumstances and cannot be exchanged for money or money's worth.

  • The winner of the giveaway will be chosen at random by the Dyno GiveawayBot.

  • One (1) entry per participant. Any participant caught making multiple entries shall be excluded from the giveaway and ineligible to win the promoted prize.

  • The prize will be mailed to the giveaway winner within 60 days, once the winner has provided a valid mailing address and proof of identity.

  • Noxcrew shall notify the winner of the winning via Discord direct messaging and/or email within thirty (30) days of the giveaway.

  • In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, the winner fails to respond, within thirty (30) days, they will forfeit their claim to the prize and Noxcrew shall have no obligation to compensate the winner in any way. Should the winner fail to respond within the allotted time, a new winner will be chosen at random by the Dyno GiveawayBot from the original participants.

  • Noxcrew’s decision is final with respect to all matters relating to awarding of the prize.

  • Your participation in the giveaway is considered your agreement that Noxcrew and YouTooz may contact you.

  • By entering the Giveaway each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Noxcrew from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection The Giveaway or the acceptance of the Prize.

  • The winning entrant shall be solely responsible for any taxes in relation to the delivery or receipt of the promotional prize.

  • Noxcrew reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time and in its sole discretion.

  • Noxcrew reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify or suspend the giveaway if, the giveaway is not capable of being conducted as specified.

  • Noxcrew reserves the right to disclose winner’s name and identity.

  • You may withdraw your entry at any time during the competition window. To do so, please email [email protected] with your Discord username with the subject "Withdraw from giveaway".
